This is what you can get if you're willing to shell out some serious dough. It's one of the most badass, crazy dual 12 inch subwoofer enclosures out there.
This beast houses in two Rockford Fosgate P2D4-12 inch subwoofers. Each one of these subs can handle up to 400 watts RMS, say 800 watts for the entire enclosure.
As with most quality subwoofer enclosures, the P2-2X12 dual enclosure is constructed with 5/8" MDF (Medium-density Fibreboard) to contain the massive air movement generated by the two subwoofers.
It's also covered in high density black carpet that goes well with any interior.
All in all, the box is very well-constructed. The subs are double-secured in the box with screws, and then with the aluminum trim piece around the sub locked in with torx heads.
The only downside we can reasonably think of, assuming you've got the cash to throw around, is that this enclosure is quite big.
Rockford Fosgate P2-2X12 is a great option to consider, if you're looking for a quick setup to add deep pounding bass and don't mind sacrificing trunk space.
